Its owners have successfully operated other Georgia based hospice, palliative care and home health care providers. Their proven record is founded on putting its patient and employees first. Local ownership means local accountability and control verses being at the mercy of the “corporate” office typically mandating a business model focused on the “bottom line”.

Overview:
The Hospice Nurse - RN (Registered Nurse) utilizes a Case Management approach to facilitate comprehensive nursing assessment, planning and care to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families in accordance with the interdisciplinary plan of care and regulatory requirements.
